The Holiday Season can be an especially lonely and stressful time for many LGBTQ+ people who have lost support due to their LGBTQ+ status.

Mama Bears send Holiday messages of love, hope and affirmation to LGBTQ+ people during the Holiday Season.

LGBTQ+ people, or those who love and support them, can fill out our form to put in a request for a MAMA BEAR HOLIDAY HUGS message of love, hope and affirmation.
