• Use chosen names and correct pronouns
   

• Be aware of anti-LGBTQ+ behavior in schools 
  and intervene when bullying occurs
   

• Utilize LGBTQ+ inclusive curriculum
   

• Advocate for the rights of LGBTQ+ students
   

• Understand LGBTQ+ terminology
   

•  Provide safe spaces for LGBTQ+ students
